Hmm.... try going to the hair salon and ask them to glaze it a golden brown. After that, like, in a week, I'd go back and ask them to put LOTS of highlights, his are all over the place. Ask the salon people for very thin highlights: I would go for something like a half inch. Also, ask them to space it evenly... like, half an inch is blonde, the other is light brown, the next half inch is blonde, the next is light brown, etc. Hope I helped.

whatever you do, don't highlight your hair light brown. that will lookk funky. and when it grows out youve either gotta spend a lot more money and do it again or shave it off. i'd say leave it.

but if you must..you could do like Zac Efron does (or his makeup/hair crew) and get it highlighted, and then each morning get a blowdryer and brush, blow dry your hair through the brush making it straight and curve the brush so that it flips to whatever side.

I am a hairstylist and i can tell you your hair will never look exactly like that because of the difference in your hair textures and colors... but you can get it close with a flat iron, some lightener and some smoothing and shine products (professional ones, from a salon not the drugstore),, which is probably more work than you want to deal with.. also, his hair is a little longer than yours..my advice is to find a good hairstyist and take her this picture,,, but u should prob. start with the flat iron and the length if nothing else.
