hi im white black and indian and i want my hair to be more curly. i need to know some names of some really good curly hair perms. i have a picture here of the type of curls im going for

my hair's is about chest length. could someone help me with the best perm to get and names. ive never dyed my hair ive only had 3 straightening perms. anything would be nice.
