A good hair cut for me?

I'm looking for a layered hair cut and I dont really like short hair, it's gotta at least come to my shoulders. So if anyone can give me some advice please do, I'll be very greatful.. Also please include picture's of the hair cut's so I can show it to my hair styler.. Thank you!

Only if I got that hair cut i would keep my hair brown like it is and instead of dying the middle part the pink-ish like color it would be black

i think this hair cut would be perfect. still keep it your dark color and if you want it longer you can tell your hairstylist to keep the bottom layer longer than shown. but this haircut is very slimming and flattering and very retro
